This includes:

• Room hire and set-up
• Use of the meeting room from 08:00 to 17.00hrs
• DUKES stationery and mints
• Breakfast canapés on arrival
• Two course lunch in the Dining Room
• Three servings of tea, coffee and biscuits; on arrival, lunch and afternoon
• 2 small bottles of water per delegate
• WIFI access for all delegates
• Apples or chocolate in the meeting room
• Projector and screen
• Registration desk and cloakroom

• Smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels
• Bacon sandwiches
• Chipolatas
• Eggs Benedict
• Fruit skewers
• Fruit yogurt
• Fruit juice

Lunch in the Dining Room

• Ham hock, terrine, pickled vegetables, rye bread
• Goat’s cheese, flan, variations of beetroot, celery sorbet
• Mackerel, fillet, smoked eel, watercress, crispy egg

• Pollock, salsify, parsley, foraged mushrooms
• Free range chicken, roasted crown, pie, sage & onion
• Butternut squash, fondant, puree, savoury granola, broccoli

• Chocolate pave, banana, popcorn, salted caramel
• Carrot cake, liquid carrot, iced cream cheese, spiced walnuts
• Orchard apples, crumble, sorbet, brulee

The minimum number of delegates is 10. Additional drinks during the meeting or lunch will be charged on a consumption basis. Prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%. A 12.5% discretionary service charge will be added to your bill.
