Human Resources Manager

An exciting opportunity to be part of a 5 star team, recognised in industry for high standards of guest service delivery. DUKES LONDON is an independently managed property undergoing a multimillion pound investment, with lots of potential for the right HR manager.

Under the direction of the Finance Director and in line with the policies and procedures of DUKES LONDON and current UK employment legislation, this role is to provide a quality HR support to all staff and managers, in recruitment, employee relations and training.

Housekeeping

We are looking for a strong, motivated individual, ideally someone who has worked in a similar role within the hospitality or travel and tourism industry. The person will be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Current Vacancies:

Spa Therapist

We are looking for a Spa therapist to supervise the day to day operations of the Health Club and to ensure that policies and procedures are followed to ensure every hotel guest, outside client and health club member receives consistent and high quality service. The ideal candidate is able to administer treatments to the highest standards and to maintain up to date knowledge of all treatments and products.

Concierge - Porter

Working under the direction of the Head Concierge, and within the limits of DUKES LONDON, the ideal candidate for this position should be able to follow all policies and procedures to provide an efficient and friendly service to our guests. The porter assists guests with bookings for theatre tickets; London tours etc. and promotes the hotel’s facilities wherever possible.

Reception - Shift Leader

Under the general guidance of the Reception Manager, and in line with DUKES LONDON Policies and Procedures, the Reception Shift Leader is responsible for supervision, co-ordination and training of all the Receptionists and to participate in clerical duties connected with arriving, in-house and departing guests. It will be your job to ensure that all our guests including regular and Special Attention Guests receive high quality and personalised service as well as looking after our guest recognition programme.

Restaurant - GBR (Great British Restaurant)
